Khon Kaen is one of the four major cities in the east of Thailand known as Isan. It is located 450 Kms north east of Bangkok and is home to 5 major golf courses. Such is the natural beauty of the area a very popular brand in Thailand decided to build a golf course there. That brand is Singha and the golf course is aptly named Singha Park Khon Kaen Golf Course. Golf is relatively new to Khon Kaen and as of 2007 only had 1 course, wind the calendar forward to 2016 and now the area boast 5 18 hole courses and a 9 hole course.
