Scottie Scheffler is a professional golfer who has been making waves in the golfing world lately. He turned pro in 2016 and has already won multiple tournaments. In this blog post, we will take a closer look at Scottie's career and find out why he is such a promising young talent in the world of golf.

Scottie was born in Dallas, Texas in 1995. He started playing golf at a young age and quickly developed a passion for the game. In high school, Scottie competed in many local tournaments and began to attract attention from college coaches. In 2013, he decided to commit to the University of Texas at Austin, where he would play for the Longhorns golf team.

While attending UT Austin, Scottie continued to excel as a golfer. He won several collegiate tournaments and helped his team reach the NCAA championships twice. After graduating from college in 2016, Scottie turned pro and has been making a name for himself on the PGA tour ever since.

Won his first three PGA TOUR crowns in just five starts, capturing the WM Phoenix Open, Arnold Palmer Invitational, and World Golf Championships-Dell Technologies Match Play. Following the third win (March 27), he moved to No. 1 in the Official World Golf Ranking for the first time in his career, becoming only the 25th player in the history of the OWGR to do so (est. 1986). Became only the fourth player to win three events before The Masters since Justin Thomas and Dustin Johnson accomplished it in 2016-17 season.

  • She was born and reared in Dallas, Texas. She became the third player to win three straight individual state championships at the time, joining Jordan Spieth.
  • Callie, Sara, and Molly are the three sisters of Nick. Callie went to Texas A&M and caddied for her brother during his amateur career at the U.S. Open.
  • At the University of Texas, he was a member of the men's golf team that included Beau Hossler, Kramer Hickok, and Doug Ghim.
  • Triumph Over Kid Cancer, an organization founded by his childhood friend, James Ragan, who passed away at the age of 20, is affiliated with Mr. Wood's charity.
  • He enjoys participating in pickup basketball games.
