Bangpakong Riverside Country Club has established in 21 July 1990 as the first golf course in Chacheongsao province areas alongside Bangpakong Rivers which capture its name.
Designed by a well known Thai golf course designer of that era Mr. Chird Boonyaratavej as an 18 holes, par 72 golf courses set out to be a parkland type’s golf course with wide fairway and long distance holes flourish with numerous palm trees, flower beds, lakes and dramatic bunkers ranging from 5,470 to 7,140 yards in length.
While the course may appear easy by its look, it can turn into a beast once encounter a prevailing wind. A birdie game might turn into your worst nightmare and frustration if misjudge the force of Mother Nature.
Now 25 years has passed, Bangpakong Riverside Country Club still keeps its original design layout among modern golf trend and its founder original intended

I liked:
Usually a good course and in good condition, a little expensive because of vicinity to BKK. Some good course changes by removing bunkers on 4 and 18, overall a fair course, not premium course as the price would suggest. 1900 baht all in. Probably fair rate for BKK area.
Needs to improve:
Front 9 pretty good, greens hard and fast. Turn the corner, night and day. Soft greens, sand all over the greens. Thailand is in love with always messing with the greens and spreading sand.

The course had removed the shorter Yellow tees both from their scorecard and from the tee boxes. Gorbgolfers of my level the course is now not a fun course to play. Just plain too long from the Whites to be enjoyable.
