There is just one golf course in Chantaburi but what a golf course it is. Just 3 hours drive from Pattaya it is a regular stop for expat golfers from the city. Most will travel and stay over on the golf course and take advantage of the great stay and play deals that the course offers. It’s common for deals that include unlimited golf if you stay at the on course accommodation. Pattaya expats also combined a trip to Soi Dao with visa runs as the border to Cambodia is just 30 minutes from the course. The town of Chantaburi is exactly 45 minutes from the course and very Thai orientated as far as food and accommodation go so staying at the course is the best option. All in all if you go Chantaburi and play a round at Soi Dao Highlands it won’t be the only time you do it.
