Established South Asia golf course, built with great potential but now underfunded, a combination of easy / mid / challenging (tight par 5's) holes.
Beginners / Learners need to be careful as there is rarely an opportunity for wayward tee-shots and on some green approaches, 1st Cut is not a penalty, 2nd cut = heavy growth or jungle and default result is lost ball.
Good walk, with lots of shade to hide from the Sun or sharing cart (cart paths are aged) at reasonable price.
Usually quiet on week-days and my experience has been to encounter courteous golfers whom are happy for 2's to play through

Efficient Service, Quiet. Excellent value for money at THB 300 each for GF and THB 400 for cart
Needs to improve:
Greens could be significantly better with adoption of an applicable management program.
